新學期開始，阿海的學校轉來一位謎樣的女生菁菁。不知為什麼，菁菁跟阿海似乎特別有緣，先是菁菁在滂沱大雨的午後騎車撞進阿海家的水果攤，接著兩人又在管樂社的招生活動上相遇。為了拯救即將倒社的管樂團，社長強力要求每位團員都要拉人入社，於是菁菁成為阿海和死黨阿晃的「責任區」，不知不覺中，她的一舉一動也開始牽動起阿海的每一串心思…。阿海意外發現菁菁也會吹薩克斯風，而且吹得很好，對她的思慕愈來愈深。然而，阿海與阿晃愈是接近菁菁，愈覺得她行為怪異，在一次跟蹤過程中，阿海發現了菁菁不為人知的秘密….
